We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values flexibility, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support.

What You'll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic)
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines
What We're Looking For
• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
