What You’ll Do
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health and substance use assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy (approx. 3–4 groups/week)
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical and case management staff
• Deliver care in both clinic and community-based settings
What We’re Looking For
• Active or eligible licensure in Colorado (LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LSW)
• Passion for working with individuals experiencing substance use and mental health challenges
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Bonus Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
• Work with justice-involved populations
• Trauma-informed care (EMDR or similar modalities)
• Experience providing couples therapy
Work Environment
• Hybrid of outpatient and community-based care
• Flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
