This means you aren’t restricted to seeing patients based on a district’s specific limitations on minutes or type of services allowed. In pediatric private practice we can recommend seeing patients up to 5 times per week individually and can treat across the full scope of our discipline!

Our neighborhood therapy centers make it easy for families to access a comprehensive approach to therapy, offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA Therapy, and Feeding/Swallowing Therapy in one center.

Your Impact
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will:
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) AND/OR
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
Physical & Environmental Requirements
• Active & Engaged Work – Kneeling, bending and playing at ground level.
• Hands-On Support – Lifting up to 50+ lbs may be required.
• Quick Reflexes – Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
• Loud or Noisy Environments – Working with active children in dynamic settings.
• Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids – Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Schedule
• Monday–Friday, typically 9am-6pm
• No nights or weekends
Compensation
• Annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
• Potential to earn additional compensation in productivity bonuses.
• Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (paid in two installments, with a two-year commitment)
