The Role
This is a center-based BCBA role serving children with an average age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness.
You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on:
• Center-based ABA
• Caseload of 7-9 clients
• Early learners (ages 2 - 7)
• Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership support
What You'll Be Doing
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Provided center-based 1:1 and supervisory ABA services
• Partner with families through training and collaboration
• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with BACB and relevant state LBA standards

- •Total Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
