Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record data using electronic systems to monitor progress
• Maintain accurate session notes and uphold confidentiality standards
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Program Managers, and other clinical staff
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and session activities
• Participate in ongoing supervision and continuing education to maintain RBT certification
Qualifications
• Active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• CPR certification and TB test
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
