Job Description
ABA therapy using treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs, helping children build real-life skills and confidence.
What You’ll Do
• Provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!)
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session
Qualifications
• Current, active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus)
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
