Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans in a home-based setting. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Design
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS) to identify client needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Monitor client progress diligently and update goals based on data-driven insights.

Supervision & Mentorship
• Provide high-quality supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ensure all interventions maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.

Collaboration & Care
• Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic and effective approach to care.
• Serve as a leader in the home setting, fostering a positive and professional environment for caregivers and staff.

Qualifications
• Certification: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising clinical staff.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a deep commitment to client success.
