Job Description

BA & LBA) to join our passionate family of experts. The position is for a director of operations to lead and manage daily functions within our center- based ABA program. This position requires 20 direct hours of service running the program one full weekend day and developing and overseeing the program during the afternoons. And additional 20 hours (minimum) of administrative work creating and implementing policy as outlined below.

Responsibilities
• Develop curriculum
• Supervise center based services after school and Saturdays
• Develop activities and schedules
• Build and supervise center groups
• Assist with advertising and group development
• Design relevant progress monitoring systems for staff and students
• Assisst with development and implementation of policy and procedure
• Completing Skill Acquisition Assessments and help develop targeted assessment for the program
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and Analysis
• Develop Treatment Plans
• Development and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• Provision of BCBA, LBA and RBT Supervision
• Provide parent training and support
• Develop and implement group parent training programs
• Create individualized programs
• Implement data-based decisions
• Team building and program expansion
• Program development, staff training and generation of new ideas
• Running programs in our center based locations (Massapequa, Plainview) one weekend day 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

This position requires:
• Advanced skill level in providing supervision and behavior intervention design
• Applicants MUST possess advanced ability to write function based assessment and implement behavior intervention plans within an applied setting.
• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field
• Current BCBA and license in the state of NY
• Knowledge of New York State Licensing and Behavior Analyst Certification Board Standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
