Qualifications
Education and Experience
Baccalaureate Degree in medical technology or related science required.
License Required:
Must meet and maintain current State of California licensure requirements for one of the following.
• Clinical Laboratory Scientist
• One of the following Limited Clinical Laboratory Scientist:
• CHEMISTRY - Clinical Chemist Scientist
• HEMATOLOGY/URINALYSIS - Hematologist Scientist
• TRANSFUSION SERVICE - Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist
• MICROBIOLOGY - Clinical Microbiologist Scientist
• Public Health Microbiologist

- •The Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) performs a range of standard and technically demanding procedures and analysis on patient specimens in one or more clinical laboratory disciplines
