Job Overview

1. First responder for resolving tickets via phone and ticketing system

2. Help Desk Support - Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner, work with internal employees assisting them with technology needs and issues

3. Deployment of Laptops and Tablets

4. Troubleshooting software

5. Repair of devices

6. Removal of end-of-life devices

7. Represent themselves and the company in a consistent, professional manner

8. Handling of logistics of hardware to and from employees

Minimum Qualifications/Education Requirements
• Experience in IT support or related field not required but preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn and document processes of third-party applications
• Be a self-starter, eager to learn and get involved in the troubleshooting process

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance and must be able to spend a prolonged amount of time standing, walking, bending, and stretching.

  • You will be part of a team responsible for applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot, resolve and recommend IT solutions to ensure that all aspects of the IT infrastructure are running smoothly and that all solutions are implemented effectively
