Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Your primary focus will be on assisting clients in achieving their goals through effective behavior management strategies while providing support in daily living activities.

Duties
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to inform treatment decisions.
• Teach new skills and reinforce positive behaviors through structured activities and interventions.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and special education.
