• Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and BCBAs to tailor interventions
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in all service delivery

Desired Qualifications:
• Current RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working in school or clinical settings serving children with behavioral needs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to follow behavior plans with consistency and professionalism
• Dependability and skill managing challenging behaviors
