Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000+ with potential for achievable bonuses!

Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification and LABA if required by state Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status Reliable transportation with a personal vehicle Previous ABA experience Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

Job Responsibilities:

As a valued BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments and reassessments, and write progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans to achieve meaningful success. Supervision and training of dedicated BTs/RBTs will be essential to ensure adherence to treatment protocols while providing guidance to families in managing challenging behaviors and teaching alternative behaviors through ABA principles. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, reviewing program effectiveness, and monitoring data to track progress.
