Qualifications

  • Smart home tech knowledge to support and educate customers
  • Best practices created by our most experienced techs
  • Valid Driver’s License: Clean record required
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Physical Ability:
  • Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit

Responsibilities

  • You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech
  • Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
  • Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
  • Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
