Schedule
• Part-time hours (varies by case)
• Evening and weekend availability required
Responsibilities
• Develop teaching protocols and train support staff on implementation
• Participate in the implementation of individualized Behavior Support Plans
• Design and implement integrated curriculum plans
• Conduct field visits and provide ongoing case support
• Complete documentation and report writing in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with report writing
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs
• Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviors

Requirements:
• Reliable, operable vehicle
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Current auto insurance
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a Live Scan background check
• Ability to physically assist clients when needed (e.g., transfers, mobility support)
