The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time)Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits
Qualifications
- •Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, or Bachelor’s Degree (some CAP/CLIA lab locations may require a BS in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology)
- •Experience working in a laboratory environment performing routine testing procedures (minimum 6 months or equivalent combination of training and experience)
- •Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable regulatory standards, including laboratory safety and infection control procedures
- •Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- •Working knowledge of laboratory equipment, basic instrumentation, and terminology used in the assigned area
- •Basic computer skills and ability to evaluate results using laboratory computer systems
- •Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and communicate clearly and professionally
- •Commitment to safety, quality, and 6S initiatives and adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements
- •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints)

Responsibilities
- •Responsible for performing routine testing procedures on specimens to generate data supporting clinical trials research, ensuring results are documented accurately and in compliance with SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines
- •Perform routine specimen testing and document results in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines
- •Evaluate analytical result validity against laboratory computer system algorithms and established criteria
- •Identify, document, and escalate potential performance errors or unusual results to senior laboratory personnel
- •Prepare buffers and solutions required for testing and analysis
- •Store post-analysis samples and reagents according to defined requirements
- •Support laboratory housekeeping activities consistent with 6S standards
- •Notify appropriate staff of supply shortages and support inventory awareness
- •Communicate clearly and timely with cross-functional stakeholders and participate in continuing education activities
- •Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow established workflows, and support effective reporting procedures
- •Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks
- •Occasional exposure to cold temperatures
