This is an entry-level position, and we provide full training—but this is not an easy job. It is emotionally and physically demanding, requires consistency, and is best suited for individuals who are resilient, motivated, and eager to grow in a clinical environment.

What the Role Involves
• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Remaining calm, regulated, and engaged during difficult moments
• Accurate data collection and documentation
• Professional communication with supervisors and families
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings

• A “play-only” job
• A low-responsibility position
• A good fit for someone seeking minimal emotional or professional demands

Schedule Requirement (Must Be Able to Commit)

Available Shifts (Mon–Fri):
See schedule below, Diamond Bar, CA 91765 (Some sessions do take place at Cal Poly and you must be comfortable driving the kiddo home and to other location)

Tuesday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
