Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
• Provide training and coaching to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust
• Stay current with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based methodologies
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with ABA software and electronic documentation systems
