Job Description
Position: Child Behavior Therapist – Growth & Play Specialist
At Dream Big Children’s Center, we believe every child deserves to dream big and we’re here to support those dreams with compassion and creativity. Schedule:
Must be available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:
As a Behavior Therapist, you’ll work with children to help them learn new skills, build confidence, and reach their goals. You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to make each day fun, rewarding, and full of growth for both the kids and our team members.
Your Role Includes:
Working directly with children (usually one-on-one) to support behavior goals
Following a personalized plan created for each child
Using play, creativity, and patience to teach new skills
Supporting families and sharing progress
Taking notes and tracking the child’s progress
Working closely with your team and supervisor to make sure the child is getting the best support possible
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who loves working with kids Great communication skills
Patience, kindness, and a positive attitude
Experience working with children is a big plus (but we’ll provide training if you're new!)Why Join Us?

Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in psychology or related field from an accredited institution preferred, or enrollment in degree program leading to a degree in psychology or a related field
Experience working with children with autism in an educational or therapy setting for at least 6 months
Complete TB test and livescan clearance
Must be comfortable with diaper changes.
Must be available M-F 8-5PM
