As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will support the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working collaboratively with a BCBA and interdisciplinary team. Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. We focus on improving communication, behavior regulation, adaptive skills, and social development through structured, data-driven ABA programming. Your Role:
Assist in conducting assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor client progress Support parent training and caregiver education initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support Model treatment plan implementation by working directly with clients to demonstrate strategies, ensure treatment fidelity, and support skill generalization Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification Active state licensure (if applicable) Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate ABA services Benefits Why Do BCaBA's Choose H2 Health?
