A Day in Your Life as a BT or RBT

Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum
Use play-based ABA techniques to teach important skills
Collect data and collaborate with your supervising BCBA
Watch your clients make progress - and celebrate every milestone
What We're Looking For
• A passion for helping children and families
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
• RBT certification (or willingness to become certified - we'll help you!)
• Reliability, positivity, and great communication skills
