This is a part-time position with strong preference for afternoon and evening availability.
Available Schedules Include:
• Monday–Friday
• Monday/Wednesday/Friday
• Tuesday/Thursday
PM availability (afternoons/evenings, Monday–Friday) is highly desired and may be required for placement.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate part-time Behavior Technicians (CBTs & RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy in clinic and home-based settings. You’ll work closely with clients using engaging, play-based, and person-centered approaches.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Support communication systems (AAC, PECS)
• Collaborate with clinical teams on individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Respond to challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies
• Attend required staff meetings and ongoing training
• Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
Qualifications
• Current CBT/RBT certification or equivalent ABA experience
• High School Diploma or higher
• Experience working with children (personal or professional)
• Valid WA state driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry clients when needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Consistent part-time availability during PM hours (Monday–Friday)
Preferred Candidates
• Bilingual applicants encouraged
• Experience as a #Teacher Aide, #Paraeducator, #DSP, or #Respite Worker
