Responsibilities
• Provide one‑on‑one learning and behavioral support to children with Autism using evidence‑based ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized learning and skill‑building plans designed by clinical supervisors.
• Track progress and session data using electronic devices.
• Create a supportive and positive learning environment for each child.
• Communicate and collaborate with families and the clinical team.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (college students in education or psychology are encouraged to apply).
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn ABA strategies and complete the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician training (provided).
Need to Know
• Services take place in clients’ homes or community settings.
• All roles begin as part‑time
.
• Schedule:
Mon‑Friday 3:30pm‑7:30pm and Sat‑Sun‑11:30am‑7:30pm
• Candidates should be able to commit for at least 6 months to provide consistency for our clients.
