ommunity. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, where an opportunity for career advancement and growth is established.
Duties:
• Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS.
• Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
• Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires.
• Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements.
• Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health.

Job Requirements:
• Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States.
• Master’s Degree.
• 1+ years of experience.
• 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.
