Responsibilities
- •Population Served: Children 1.5 - 16 years
- •Hours: Most sessions are held after school to meet family availability
- •Provide direct, in-home ABA services tailored to each child and family
- •Manage a caseload of approximately 9–10 clients
- •Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- •Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support meaningful progress
- •Provide in-person supervision and coaching to CBTs/RBTs
- •Work collaboratively within a supportive, engaged, and close-knit clinical team
