What You’ll Be Doing:
Caseload Management:
Take on a small, manageable group of clients that fits your schedule and capacity.
In-Person Supervision:
Provide hands-on support for cases located near you, if you prefer in-person work.
Telehealth Supervision:
Supervise sessions remotely and support RBTs and families with flexibility and ease.
Assessments & Treatment Planning:
Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs.
Collaboration:
Work alongside a supportive team of RBTs, families, and leadership who have your back.
Stay Compliant & Ethical:
Maintain high standards aligned with BACB ethics, state regulations, and payer requirements.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
✅ Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
✅ Have 1+ years of ABA experience
