Per Diem Clinical Research Nurse - Mobile Services

The Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse is a dedicated Registered Nurse with diverse experience across various therapeutic areas. As part of our decentralized model of care delivery, you will perform in-home care for clinical trial participants while collaborating with traditional clinical sites as needed. Your role will ensure the highest standards of patient care while adhering to federal and state regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• This position involves travel to participants' homes for on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver research nurse services to qualified study participants in their homes.
• Utilize clinical research and nursing expertise to devise solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses for education and resource support.
• Engage in operational enhancements for Science 37's nursing service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with study team members and act as the subject matter expert (SME) on nursing processes.
• Undertake additional duties as the needs of Science 37 evolve.

Qualifications:
• BSN degree preferred.
• Full COVID vaccination strongly preferred, aligned with CDC guidelines.
• Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure required.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Ability to present a positive company image in participant homes and clinic settings.
• Travel and Availability Requirements:
• Commit to 1-2 days per week for study visits.
• Availability required on weekdays and nights.
• Must be willing to travel to participants' homes.
• Valid Driver's License is necessary.

Competencies and Skills:
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure and Compact Licensure eligibility.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical/research experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Weekday/night availability.
• Positive company representation in participant interactions.
• Up to 100% travel for participant visits and team meetings.
• Ability to obtain nursing licenses in multiple states as required.
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties and lift up to 15 kg of equipment.
• Reliable vehicle access for study visits and transport of equipment.
• Strong competency in technology usage for participant assessments and documentation.
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).

This position operates with minimal supervision, reporting to the Manager, Nursing Solutions Group.

Compensation for this role varies by location and job functions, typically starting between $50-55 per hour. There may also be eligibility for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions based on qualifications and experience.
