Golden Touch ABA is a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families through effective, evidence-based interventions delivered with compassion and collaboration.
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee the development and supervision of individualized treatment plans, working closely with families and a team of ABA professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Assessments: Evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Develop Curriculum: Design, update, and oversee behavior intervention plans
Supervise and Train: Provide guidance to behavior technicians and ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
Collaborate: Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
Monitor Progress: Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes
Maintain Clinical Quality: Review documentation to ensure high standards of care
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Certification: Current BCBA certification
Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for LBA licensure in Utah
Experience: Experience providing ABA therapy preferred; newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
Skills: Strong interpersonal, clinical, and analytical skills
Transportation: Reliable transportation required (caseloads built with geographic convenience in mind)
