Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain clinical quality assurance system to ensure clinical standards are met.
Monitor compliance with clinical quality assurance regulations and guidelines.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the clinical quality assurance program.
Develop and maintain clinical quality assurance training program.
Prepare reports and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the clinical quality assurance program.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with clinical quality assurance policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to other departments in implementing clinical quality assurance program.
Maintain accurate records of clinical quality assurance activities.
Participate in clinical quality assurance program reviews.
