Job Description
To support a growing practice, the part-time Texas Licensed BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, and ensure quality care while working in a hybrid environment with 50% remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week
Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and ensure program integrity
Develop, monitor, and update client programs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Ability to provide clinical supervision and parent training in both languages
Strong leadership and organizational skills
