Job Description
T -certified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be compensated accordingly. Schedule: Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM In -home services Compensation: Behavior Technician (BT): \$19.00 – \$22.00 per hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): \$24.00 – \$29.00 per hour (Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full -time)
Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home -based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus
• Active RBT certification required for RBT -level pay
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background checks
