Operations Manager – San Antonio, TX
Lacuna Autism Services
Lacuna Autism Services is growing quickly in Texas, now with four thriving clinics serving the San Antonio community! We’re on a mission to provide exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 0–12, with a focus on early intervention.
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Operations Manager to lead our North San Antonio clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations, support a strong clinical team, and contribute to the success of a well-established clinic.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the operational success of the North San Antonio clinic
• Manage business, financial, and administrative functions
• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to align operations with strategic goals
• Create and refine systems that support high-quality services and sustainable growth
• Communicate clearly across teams and resolve challenges with a solutions-focused mindset
• Report directly to the Regional Operations Manager
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Energetic, mission-driven approach
• Strong professionalism and ability to set the tone for team culture
• Teachable and motivated—willing to learn and grow
• Passion for supporting children and clinical teams
• Valid driver’s license
