• Adhere to all necessary compliance, including completing CORI and fingerprinting requirements.
• Work onsite during scheduled school hours with reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
• Active RBT or Behavior Technician certification/licensure with Massachusetts credentialing.
• Previous school-based experience working with students on the autism spectrum and behavior challenges.
• Candidates holding BCBA certification will be prioritized, though BCBA supervision is not provided to RBTs in this role.
• Must be comfortable managing a caseload independently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet the demands of the school environment is required.
• Paraprofessionals are not eligible for this position.
• Experience and activity from previous assignments will be considered during the application process.

Responsibilities
- •This contract position offers 32.5 hours per week, supporting a 6th-grade student with one-on-one assistance from 7:55 AM to 2:25 PM, starting ASAP and continuing through June 30, 2026
- •Provide 1:1 support for a middle school student with behavioral needs
- •Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies; prior ABA training is essential
- •Manage and respond to behaviors associated with students on the autism spectrum
- •Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with school personnel
- •Adhere to all necessary compliance, including completing CORI and fingerprinting requirements
