Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , where your passion for helping others and dedication to improving lives will shine. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients’ developmental goals
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence and self-care skills
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment plans
• Support clients in social skills development, communication, and behavior management through engaging teaching techniques
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality of medical records and sensitive client information
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in care plans and therapeutic approaches
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs

Experience
• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavior management strategies is highly desirable
• Familiarity with data collection methods, medical documentation, and medical terminology enhances your ability to support effective treatment outcomes
• Experience in special education or teaching roles demonstrates your ability to engage learners effectively
• Patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills are essential for building trusting relationships with clients and their families
