Job Description

am! This position serves the growing community in Northern Colorado at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, the qualified candidate will provide primarily inpatient care helping patients and their families deal with serious life-threatening illnesses and symptom management.

Position Requirements and Information:
• BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Fellowship training in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Primarily inpatient coverage with clinic once per week
• Monday-Friday work schedule with 4 10 hour shifts/week
• 8-10 patients per day; treating patients with cancer, dementia, neurological disorders and other illnesses
• No evenings, weekends, or call
• Desire and ability to help grow Palliative Care within the community
• Build collaborative relationships and provide education to colleagues and patients
• Current team is comprised of 2 NPs, MSW, Practice Coordinator, and an MA
• Hospital privileges at North Colorado Medical Center
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base compensation of $245k plus value and productivity incentives
