Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior plans
+ Supervise and train school staff in ABA strategies
+ Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
+ Support IEP goals and ensure compliance with school policies
Minimum Requirements:
+ Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
+ Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
+ Experience with autism-focused ABA programs (preferred)
+ CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB test and health clearance (as required)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Skills:
+ Strong communication and leadership
+ Experience in school or pediatric settings
+ Familiarity with ABA data tools and documentation

Responsibilities
- •The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and ABA-based therapeutic services for students with developmental disabilities-primarily those with autism spectrum disorder
- •The BCBA develops and oversees behavior intervention plans and supervises behavioral service delivery in school settings
- •Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior plans
