• Provide all necessary acute care services to patients at M Health Fairview
• Provide timely consultations to requesting clinicians in different settings, ensure proper care, diagnosis and treatment as necessary
• Communicate with patients and families to explain diagnoses, diagnostic or therapeutic treatments, procedures, and prognosis, as well as discuss potential or expected outcomes
• Communicate to primary and/or referring physicians

Compensation
• The full-time salary range is $237,000- $265,000 commensurate with practice experience and may also include incentive compensation or additional specialty-specific compensation components
• Salary prorated based on FTE

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hospice and Palliative Medicine training program
• Board eligible/certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Licensed or ability to acquire medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges
