Job Description

Make an immediate impact in a supportive educational environment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This contract position places you within a dynamic team, working one-on-one with students from 1st to 12th grade. Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working in school settings across multiple grade levels (1st12th preferred)
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Proven ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans in a 1:1 student setting
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
• Compassionate, patient, and resourceful in adapting to students unique needs
• Ability to collect data and accurately report on student progress
• Familiarity with supporting students managing a variety of behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges

Core Responsibilities:
• Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to assigned students based on individualized plans
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to foster inclusive classroom environments
• Deliver one-on-one interventions to promote positive behavior and skill acquisition
• Monitor and document student behavior data, track progress, and update support plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with educational staff and families about student growth and needs
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times
