Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Orlando, specializing in providing exceptional behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for clients with autism and other developmental challenges through data-driven strategies, compassionate patient care, and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to establish baseline behaviors and treatment goals.
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments and optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians or support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities related to behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.

Requirements
• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current licensure or certification as required by state law.
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection methods.
• Familiarity with medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and patient assessment procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a compassionate and patient-centered manner.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and patient privacy.
