Considering Your Next Leadership Move?

Whether you’re local or open to relocating, this is an opportunity to step into a regional leadership role where you can grow your impact, shape clinic culture, and help scale a high-quality ABA organization.

We offer support and a strong leadership team to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

About The Role

We are seeking a Regional Director (BCBA) to oversee our growing Georgia area (currently 2 clinics, with expansion planned).

This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to step into higher-level leadership, with the opportunity to transition from a partially clinical role into a more strategic, growth-focused position over time.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple clinic locations
• Support and guide Clinical Directors and clinical teams
• Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services
• Assist with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making as needed
• Drive staff development, mentorship, and retention
• Partner with leadership on clinic growth and expansion (including new locations)
• Monitor performance, outcomes, and overall clinic success
• Maintain compliance with BACB and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For
• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience consistent with Clinical Director-level roles (leadership + clinical)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting both clients and clinical teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations

What We Offer
• Competitive salary + bonus opportunities (growing with the role)
• A supportive, collaborative culture that values work-life balance
• Full administrative support (so you can focus on leadership, not burnout)
• Medical (healthcare marketplace), dental, vision, life, & retirement match
• Paid time off + weekends off
• Paid CEUs & ABA conference opportunities
• Travel reimbursement
• Career growth within an expanding company

Why This Role Stands Out
• Opportunity to shape and scale multiple clinics
• Transition into more strategic leadership over time
• Be part of a growing, non-corporate ABA organization
• Lead with real support — not unrealistic expectations
