Job Description
About the position
Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. We employ an assent-based and play-focused model, blending Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment. We offer real work-life balance with small caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams, ensuring BCBAs are never alone and have operational support handled by a dedicated team. Career growth opportunities are available, with investment in professional development through CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and internal training events. We offer attractive perks and do not have a non-compete clause.
