Qualifications
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/training
• Experience in clinical research, healthcare tech, or similar environments preferred
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems is a plus
• Customer-facing or technical support experience

• Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices and wearables
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability

Compensation
• $29.70 – $33.00/hr (based on experience)

- •Provide hands-on technical support to study participants during on-site visits, ensuring successful setup, connectivity, and use of mobile devices and wearable technology
- •Support participants with mobile phone setup and platform migration
- •Configure and pair Apple Watch devices with mobile phones
- •Install required apps and ensure proper system settings
- •Verify device connectivity, syncing, and overall functionality
- •Troubleshoot basic mobile and wearable tech issues
