Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising behavior analyst.
Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior.
Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure the best possible care for patients.
Attend regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when working with patients and their families.
Continuously seek opportunities for growth and learning to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of behavior analysis.
Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as other team members, regarding treatment plans and progress.
Maintain accurate and organized records, including data collection sheets and progress notes.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of behavior analysis.
Remain flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and treatment plans.
Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of patients and their families.
