Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure that all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality with all PHI.
• Contribute as a positive team member - supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture.
What You Need To Have
• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles. Psychology degree helpful.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Experience and a passion for working with children; prior experience in Childcare/Teaching/SpEd/ABA-related roles is beneficial.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for teammates and patients by creating belonging and connection.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods; ability to lift up to 30 pounds; ability to move quickly in response to patient needs.
