Job Description
e seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage financial reporting across multiple clinical research sites.
This role focuses on producing monthly financial statements, updating rolling forecasts, tracking KPIs, and preparing budget variance reports. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce monthly financial statements for multiple sites
• Maintain rolling financial forecasts
• Track and update site-level KPIs
• Prepare monthly budget-to-actual variance reports
• Review historical financials to ensure consistent revenue and expense recognition
• Coordinate with site teams to gather financial information
Qualifications
• 5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations preferred
