Hiring Autism Support Specialists (Registered Behavior Technician (RBT))– Clinic-Based | Paid Training | No Weekends

BASS ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism in a clinic-based setting — no in-home travel required.

Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities
• Work 1:1 with children to build communication, social, and life skills
• Implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs
• Track progress and adjust activities based on individual needs
• Collaborate with your BCBA and clinic team

Registered Behavior Technician Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with children
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
• Ability to kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete a background check
