Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor student progress.
• Provide coaching and training on behavior management strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working in school environments preferred.
