This position is ideal for technicians who already have ABA experience and enjoy helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills through structured therapy.

Schedule

Monday-Friday

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

In-home services

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to a pediatric client
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect and document behavioral data during sessions
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain professional and timely session documentation

Requirements

Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Certification
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• BT candidates must have previous ABA therapy experience

Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of ABA therapy experience required
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to work with pediatric clients ages 2-14
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
