We’re currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Adult Primary Care team.

Scope of Practice
You will deliver high-quality outpatient primary care to adult patients, managing a full spectrum of medical issues with a focus on continuity and prevention.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing routine check-ups, chronic disease management, sick visits, immunizations, and preventative care
• Supporting infectious disease care, including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, and Latent TB
• Reviewing diagnostic results and tailoring evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborating with behavioral health, OBAT, dental, nutrition, and specialty services
• Participating in performance improvement and staying current with clinical advancements
• Engaging in health education and counseling for patients on healthy lifestyles and family planning

What You Bring:
• MD/DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Current DEA & Controlled Substance Registration
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Commitment to serving multicultural and underserved communities
• Experience with or interest in substance use disorder treatment (MAT preferred)
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems
Compensation & Benefits
