Your Role
Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community‑based environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
What You Bring
Active RBT certification through the BACB.
A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
Commitment to supporting clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.
